Extremely part-time Let's Player. Canadian. Severely addicted to FFXIV (Hubris Tymbaent - Faerie, Aether)!

There's something to be said about certain things framed in this finale esp. in light of miHoYo's recent practices, but regardless, it's still a solid finale to the Amphoreus saga and I'm more than satisfied having this be my stopping point for now anyway.

Look, I needed something to fill the "67" entry and didn't want it to be the actual next thing so I read this really quick.
...imagine if this was how Part 6 started, though; that'd be crazy.
...I really should read the other Rohan one-shots, though.

Hopefully the only tier we'll have to drop, since the tier did a number on both our morale and sanity. M8S was a breaking point that we just threw the towel in on before it became our own E8S. Maybe we'll revisit it with Echo later on.

Thoughts on Chapters 1 & 2 haven't changed, and though I haven't fully finished Chapter 3, I have to say that playing through the entire story was a wild time. Surprised with how dark the imagery is once you peel back the Atari aesthetic, esp. in Chapter 3.

I don't think it has an emotional gutpunch like "Scarlet/Violet" or a tense atmosphere like "Legends: Arceus" but it's still a good story with lots of fun characters. The real-time combat is still a bit of hurdle for me but I'm sure I'll get good at it with practice.
