at least i have the silver lining of that that irony not being lost on me and being able to find the smallest shred of morbid humor in it to keep me going

now i’m able to speak my mind (at least in some instances) and not be afraid or ashamed of the pushback of possible confrontation it may bring. because i’m not afraid to advocate for myself. and it makes me so proud of myself. if little me couple see me now, she’d be so amazed
