I would think 1 point away from an A-. But, by high school I think some classes had curves, where the raw score would receive some number added to it, e.g. 79 raw score + 10 pt curve = 89 for a B+.

I agree with your point. I think the legal answer is that those 8 individuals had final orders of removal, so they had *some* process as far as that went. Still, I don’t like the decision.

I think he is trying to say that even though Supreme Court’s ruling which said challenge to confinement must be brought in habeas, the challenge to the procedure and notice can be brought separately (within his equitable powers).
