and sebylen's delivery of the dramatic speech plus the DM's own add-on actually almost led to the DM tearing up and crying. im gonna consider this one of my crowning achievements of TTRPG for years to come i swear.

and like. everyone knew i was planning to do a dramatic speech to this antagonist. but i didn't tell anyone what the actual content of the speech was. and yet the DM 1) had the perfect music locked and loaded, and 2) had their own perfect little bit speech to add onto mine via another NPC.

i think working on those really detailed digital paintings of cenryx and sebylen last year rewired my brain a little bit. something about the idea of "draw this character like you are in love with them" changed the way i draw my character art in general and i can't fully explain how or what changed.

can also happen with character names too. as a teenager i named a character nighteye then a few years later my hero academia had a character named the same thing. good thing my character nighteye was a fancharacter i never used for any original work or i would've been REAL pissed lol

at least now i have a medically measurable reason for my constant overwhelming fatigue, and a relatively direct solution for it. so, here's hoping i get hooked up with a CPAP/APAP machine and i can actually get some real rest soon.

had a sleep study done last night and talked to the doctor about it today. and she told me that according to my results, my breathing would stop an average of 70 times PER HOUR. so yeah. i guess that explains why i have no energy to draw or write lately.

like i watched one of these videos with her last month and she just couldn't stop ragging on the poor woman in the video for using a nail gun to construct things instead of using a drill and screws. like yass queen fuckin getem for those shoddy construction standards. leave no survivors
