this year i finished my fourth and fifth comics! fourth one is about surgery recovery after assault, fifth details being disabled while completing comprehensive exams. #graphicmedicine is so important to my healing and i hope my work resonates with others.

a year ago i lost one of my best friends. trina provided so much joy for me during one of the darkest parts of my life. even the best of friends can’t always hold a place of joy for you when you are sitting in so much darkness, but trina always held a space of joy for me 💖♥️💋
