Greece, Panama, China and Russia urge the long term effects of chemical weapons usage. Long term medical effects of chemical exposure and environmental effects (of which China and Panama take particular concern) were mentioned by the delegates in the UNSC this morning.

It seems that the committee is in consensus as discussions continue about North Korea and potentially having Russia and China re-enforce their existing sanctions on the DPRK. However, countries remain split on this as some prefer the diplomatic route.
