In ‘79 my dad put an ad in Rolling Stone and Creem to join the “Rock&Roll Army” and cry *death to disco* into the void. For the low low price of $1 he sent you an ID card and a list of club vows. Finally found proof of this tale in an old mag along with a bin of dozens of letters addressed to him.
