yes definitely! the makers attempted the same formula in Dong Yi, few years later but it wasn’t as successful.

please stick with JITP, it’s absolutely worth it! i might be biased as it’s one of the earliest kdramas i watched when i was a kid at around 12-13 few years after it aired. jung-geum is perhaps one of the most influential characters in my cinematic history. would love your thoughtful analysis on it!

i keep going on my discover and popular tabs and it feels a bit too lib? i know its gonna take time but its weird seeing this place being positioned as a haven of better engagement just because it's less confrontational and more passive. aggression is not always bad. and civility isnt always good
