not great: last min rush when leaving the house because of late groceries delivery - should have acted on it earlier

I think today is quite close to an ideal ordinary day for me- work on personal stuff in the morning, lunch, work in the afternoon, exercise, dinner with people, some time to chill before bedtime

2. the power of asking- I'm often reluctant to reach out to people or ask for help, from a combination of fear of being judged/rejected and not wanting to trouble others. but many good things happened in 2024 because I just asked or shared something that sparked a conversation

1. greater appreciation for family, especially since I moved out and only see them once or twice a week now. love that we still remain close and are comfortable with each other! also saw how V's family makes so much of an effort to come together, host each other and celebrate special events

trying out using bluesky cos hopefully the character limit helps me not overthink, and just quickly write something. it seems very public but I'll try being anonymous for now and see how I feel about it!
