The administration is removing phone support for Soc Security recipients. Making it more difficult for seniors to get their checks. It’s a back door way to cut SS benefits. Horrific.

I have watched political propaganda take over the Evangelical Church. I have watched as the same propaganda is dismantling my lifetime profession. I have watched as many of my favorite books have come under fire simply because they teach about our country’s history. (Thread)

In TX, vouchers are not a potent enough issue to move ppl from complacency to conviction. It repeatedly fails to connect w/ enough ppl (even teachers).
If we had ballot initiatives, they’d possibly be voted down bc ppl who vote pay more attn, but we remain a non-voting state.
