It's the remastered version that began on PC (2017), then was ported to Nintendo Switch (2019) and now on PS4. It still receives updates and fixes and it's also verified on Steam Deck.
The current Xbox version was made by Microsoft and it's the emulated Eurocom disc from 2003.

The port took a long while to do, unfortunately. Wasn't very straightforward.
