That’s NRA BS. The 2A was about a well regulated militia, to defend the government. Washington put down the Whiskey Rebellion, while all the founders agreed. MAGA has the guns on their side. Peaceful, but disruptive, protests is the way to win over most of the country.

Nice thought, and worth doing to slow things down. But surely there are enough JD lawyers barred in red states to keep the illegal activity going.
