The Louvre has discontinued the 3DS guide program, where you could rent a 3DS and play this pre-downloaded tour. I had a friend visit years ago and pick me up a physical copy! Probably the strangest “game” in my collection.

Got some rad pickups today including some Sega CD games and Dragonview on the SNES. All with trade credit so these were “free” yippee

Like everyone else, I’m playing Hollow Knight, but it’s actually my first time playing and I have it physically on Switch! It came with a map and an actual manual? This is one of the few Switch games I have that actually uses the manual clips in the case.

Today I learned that Mad Catz made a Rock Band overdrive pedal specifically to trigger overdrive without having to tilt the guitar. Picture not mine, just found on google. Looks like these things go for up to $100 today! Anyone ever use one of these?

Finally got around to hanging up this Shadow of the Colossus ex-Blockbuster poster I got as a gift. I eventually want to get it framed but it’s already has some “cracks” with damage. It’s thicker than your standard poster.

Avowed has a reference to two bears high-fiving. Hidden deep within a side quest and I was blessed that my (many) choices during the quest brought me there. Everyone is sleeping on Avowed. This could be game of the year.

Resident Evil 5 is 16 years old today. This was the newest entry when I first got into the series and I remember having a great time playing it on my PS3 hooked up to a CRT in my living room.
