The content of this course is the same as our general cohorts, with the key difference being that these optional closed cohort courses offer a psychologically safe space for POC trainees to learn and practice the skills required to be a Switchboard Listening Volunteer.

This initiative reflects our aim to ensure Switchboard’s volunteer base represents the diversity of the entire LGBTQIA+ community and our service users.
