@chowhoundofficial.bsky.social Enjoyed Nikita Ephanov's article on decaf yesterday! Two comments: 1) Our name is a registered trademark (Swiss Water®) 2) Disagree with recommendation to "add flavor" to decaf—good decaf starts with good coffee and a process like ours preserves origin flavor. Cheers!
