Higher salaries is the solution (as well better taxes) and if unions can help, go for it! But I rather believe in the "Danish model" where it's easy to fire people but they get 100% coverage for 3 (?) months and it's easier to get a new job. Flexibility is a key, I believe.

It's not just unions, it looks the same in union friendly Sweden. I rather think it's about taxes. We tax income like jobs were a bad thing but let higher management get stocks instead, wealth is not taxed enough, Sweden e.g. doesn't tax inheritence etc etc...

I haven't seen any serious investigations into how many have died due to Musk vs USAID but it is in the hundreds of thousands. Hitler is still ahead but give Trump another three years...
