Oh and my chemo port is knackered again. They're leaving it in for just-in-case purposes since it's only being used for bloods now, which they can usually get from a vein if they can find one with an ultrasound. So many stabbins lol...

I'm on a new chemo drug now which is some pills you take at home, meaning less sitting in hospitals! It has a fun side effect of turning your hair white, which sould be amusing at least. We'll see in a couple of months if it's doing any good. Fingers crossed.

The good news is I didn't need my chemo port replaced after all, as it miraculously fixed itself. I do have to get my chest drained again though. Yay, lung gunk. The cancer might be slightly worse, but apparently by such a tiny amount it's hard to tell, so that's sort of good news.

I've been having a break from chemo over xmas because it was starting to make me swell up again and I really don't need to become a living water balloon (again). CT scan tomorrow to see where we are and what to do next. If i'm honest, i'm not expecting great news, but we'll see.
