Aliens helped build the pyramids in Egypt, Central America and China

There are currently 10 different vinyl versions available, none of which are black.

It's by the Cardozo Kindersley Workshop, as is most of the lettering around Cambridge. I worked there from 2007 to 2010. I didn't set it out or cut it, but I do remember scrubbing dust out of the letters the day the clock (the "Chronophage") was due to be unveiled.

Funny story about the lettering underneath. That was the second version. The stones were the wrong size the first time it was done.

I was one of the bleary eyed teenagers. Coldplay followed by Toploader. I got sunburnt the day before and decided to spend Sunday in the Evening Session tent.

That's the Simply Vinyl pressing from 1999. I'm lucky to have a copy, and it sounds absolutely fantastic.

It's either going to be thousands of Mrs Mills, James Last and Herb Alpert, or it'll be a complete collection of original Vertigo swirls.
