Good luck to anyone calling NYSLRS. Been calling for days for tax docs bc their website says my elderly MIL doesn’t exist. The phone system told us to call on a different day because of high call volumes….I wonder why? Today I was given a wait time of 38 minutes. I’m currently at 54.
