The issue I have is that the product is the primary focus of AEW, whereas WWE is focusing on “characters & story,” and TNA is about being relevant. If the latter two do it, it makes sense to accomplish their goals. When AEW does it, it distracts from theirs.

I went to college with the expectation of a communications degree to work in broadcasting. I left with a History degree with the intent to teach High School. I now work in Clinical Trials.
How can a customer oriented approach prepare for that when the “customer” can’t even anticipate it?
