Lex does have a sister Lena in the comics, and she's been a big bad from time to time. I'm not sure when this Lena was introduced and sold to braniac thats a question for @alexjaffe.bsky.social but I believe current Lena first showed up as is, at the start of Superman (2023- ) by Joshua Williams

1. That's Lena Luthor, the comic version is Lex's daughter, he sold to braniac as a baby. Most of her recent history can be read in Superman

2. That is Princess Shark she's a new character for this run.

3. I belive Alex was a show original and to my knowledge hasn't been in the comics.

That is Princess Shark, she was introduced in Supergirl #1 and this issue got into her backsrory for the first time.
