Boring middle-aged guy with no strong feelings about Taylor Swift.

Likes: tabletop gaming, fantasy football, horror of all kinds.

Dislikes: Fascists, science deniers, and people who talk at the theater.
They used to call them non-lethal but that term fell out of favor when people kept dying.

Tear gas, rubber bullets, bean bag rounds, flashbangs, tasers, pepper spray, even water cannons are all classified as "less-lethal." All of them can kill under certain conditions.

Their target audience is treating this as if it totally exonerates him. They don't care what the rest of the world thinks.

You can very clearly see her turning the wheel away from him before moving forward, but that was visible in the other videos too. This isn't going to change anyone's mind.

I'm hoping for counter-conspiracy theories.

"EXPOSED! QAnon revealed to be psyop to distract from Trump's affiliation with known pedophiles!"

"Mass shootings an NRA plot to incite fear and sell more guns!"

"Turns out the only chemical that turns frogs gay is spray-on bronzer!"

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it's still tough for them, but they have far more allies today than they did back then. 20 years ago I'd have been afraid for their safety just walking down the hall. Kids got bullied just for SEEMING gay in ways I've never seen the past few years.

Hey now, I won't be 38 for another few days!

But yeah, I work in a high school and homophobia especially was much more prevalent when I was that age. I see openly gay/trans kids being mostly accepted, and I think there's no way they wouldn't have been CONSTANTLY hassled back in the 90s/00s.

This is why it's time we reject calls for unity and civility with Trumpists. This is the world they voted for, three times now. No more trying to keep the peace at Thanksgiving dinner; lay this at their feet and hammer them until you break through to the tiny bit of them that can still feel shame.

You've got to directly tie the tariffs to Trump, though, or they'll bury their heads in the sand and let the right-wing propaganda machine blame Democrats as usual. They need to feel BETRAYED by the con-man they voted for and the GOP as a whole.

Could be referencing lithium batteries in EVs, could be a conspiracy theorist who thinks the Dems are putting lithium in the water supply to create a more docile population. Could be both!

It's still hypocritical, but one of the reasons you see so many Virginia vanity plates is that they're INCREDIBLY cheap. I think it's like $10 more than a regular plate. Perhaps this guy feels spreading his anti-government message is worth such a small sacrifice to the tyrannical DMV.

The way to foster unity is to aggressively prosecute the people who break the law in service of division, even (especially!) if they're rich and powerful. Put Trump's crimes on full display, air all of the evidence in public, and lock him away for good.

(BTW, anyone fact checking this on Google, do it in an incognito window or all your targeted ads for the next 90 days are going to be...interesting)

Especially if the bulk of it is just from buying up whatever was cheap. The top result on Google for .22lr is just over a nickel a round. There are plenty of pawn shops out there with sub-$200 guns available. It's definitely a big stockpile, but maybe not a crazy expensive one.

I sincerely hope you never have an elderly family member taken advantage of by a scammer. Unless of course it's their fault you're like this.

More nerdy football metrics! Please! I can't be the only fantasy junkie who's still missing that kind of content from Twitter.

Was Trump one of the people who needed medical attention? Are we sure he didn't forget where he was?

I'm always a fan of option #2. I once briefly hosted a Puggle until we managed to locate his family, and we called him Moloch while he was with us. His "real" name was apparently Snuggles, but I think he liked Moloch better.
