I have no problem giving blame where it's due, but governors aren't to blame where city police forces are running rampant. Blame the LA Mayor and Chief of Police. And a longtime terrible cop culture.

You know what bugs me about that, he didn't ask for grey poupon or something, he asked any "spicy mustard or Dijon". Like a real man who isn't afraid of anything "spicier" than plain yellow mustard.
