Did a color/light study by tracing a picture of #Misaka #Mikoto and then painting the rest in myself. I need more practice drawing with a steady hand and drawing the strokes exactly as I mean to, but this was fun practice! #misakamikoto #railgun #ACertainScientificRailgun

#NSFW Divided a reference into rectangles, hid the reference, and focused on drawing the body contours with single strokes around the rectangles, using no eraser and minimal ctrl+z. For comparison, here's my best attempt at a trace before practicing linework for the past 3 weeks.

#NSFW I had planned to draw every day this month, but slipped the past week due to busy life and exhaustion, though I watched a couple DrawABox lesson videos. Didn't wanna let it slip too long, so I got back into it tonight by doing my first sketches instead of studies.

Study. Ignore the 3 belly buttons XD No clue what went wrong with the waist/breast on the left. It was kind of an odd angle and I struggled to make it look right.

After having some discussion about where my previous Starfire drawing was lacking, I was advised to take another crack at the same drawing. It's still not perfect, but quite the difference (also spending 4-5 hours instead of 1-2).

NSFW. Did some random scribbles to get used to putting pen to paper again, then started DrawABox, and then drew from a small figure and from a picture. Got a long way to go, but I'm happy for my first real drawing session in a long, long time.
