Who are in a cruel cycle of not being able to make enough to afford private insurance or jobs that provide good benefits, but if they work more & strive for those things they get kicked off Medicaid for making too much money.

I dunno, but I recently had a chef give me an overly long explanation about how it’s better for frying. Short version, the oil doesn’t break down as much and can be reused.. so it’s cheaper.

Owner of a very small brewery here & we just got an email from our grain supplier. Prices Will be going up. Just waiting to hear from our can supplier. Curse words!!! Less than a yr in business and just hanging by a thread as it is.

The bookstore I work at in Tulsa, OK does this. It’s held at a local brewery and always has a huge turnout.
