I started my next book:
Strange Houses - by Uketsu.
It is presented in a very easy to read format, and it will not take long to finish....but holy hell did it do a good job of making me feel unsettled! I'm barely into it, but I find myself looking over my shoulders in my own home. No sleep for me!

(Dead Space - REMAKE) ✅️
This is the definitive way to play this game. They managed to keep the spirit of the original intact, while making additions that feel like they always belonged. The story is more fleshed out, and the seamless ship exploration just adds to the horror. I absolutely loved it!

I can't stop thinking about the fact that a new Resident Evil is just a couple months away! I have only 1 more mainline entry to play for the first time, to feel fully caught up on the franchise (Code Veronica). I know there are other spinoffs, but I'm okay with missing out on those. CV may be soon!

Surprise! It's hard to tell in this picture, but I pulled the trigger on an early Black Friday deal. I bought my dream TV: LG OLED C5....77 INCHES! This thing is big and gorgeous! I even got my PS3 and PS2 hooked up to it. Movies and gaming are going to be a treat!

This had a great starting mission, and a badass finale. Some of the middle missions, though, tried an investigative touch that didn't quite work for me. The levels were just too big for these unguided searches. Storywise, I think it concluded this overarching narrative nicely.

So, for the costume contest at work, I dressed up as one of my superiors. But there's someone who also just happens to dress the same way all the time, so we had to get a picture of the 3 of us!

Was this game really the inspiration for Kingdom Hearts, or did I just fall for the meme? Either way, this weird and very short game was kind of a treat. It's stiff to play, with a nonsensical story, but it was a fun trip back in time to the PS2 era. I kind of want a modern version.

Happy Witcher Season 4 and Scream 7 Trailer day! I'm excited to watch these, NOT because of the corporate stooges who make stupid decisions in the background, but for the creators who set out to make entertainment, and nothing more. In the end, that's all it is.
