It’s actually amazing how well this team hit early in the season. I’m sure the pressure is mounting, but I had zero faith in any of them getting a hit. Pop-up maybe.

It’s just such a bummer. Had optimism after the last game of the Brewers series heading into the all-star break. Then the lackluster all-star break and now this.

This would make a little more sense to me. If he’s starter depth but hopefully in the bullpen and they didn’t have to give up much, why not. If he’s “the guy” it’s disappointing. Hard to judge in a vacuum.
