I spread seeds in the public wildlife area behind my house last fall and I’m so happy to see the results 😍 so many native flowers growing that weren’t there before!

Wow!! That is a beauty!! I got a variegated whale fin recently too! I just love how easy they are. My house doesn’t have a lot of light in my office so I’m glad they adapt to it well

So excited my silver ring splints are here! They are made for people with Ehlers-danlos syndrome because often our fingers bend upward/the wrong way…so these will help keep my fingers from doing that ❤️

Every night on my walk I pick up trash or cig butts that people threw on the ground. This picture shows only the cig butts found on 1 side of my road tonight.

Cigs are poison and kill wildlife.

So I encourage you to pick them up on your walk if you can.

Ehlers danlos syndrome at its best..I no longer have grip strength from it so unfortunately this happens a lot 🤦‍♀️😭 at least Occupational therapy is working on helping me with this
