Vegan White chocolate New York style cookies 😍 These bake from frozen so I always have a batch in the freezer so I can have a freshly baked cookie whenever I want!

I LOVE Bakewell tarts and anything almond so I created these Bakewell Slices - an easy version of a Bakewell with all of the flavour but less prep time!
