Year to date, I've convinced 3 co-workers to go to therapy. All under 40. Two under 25. I'm very proud of each of them for taking the first step to healing and growing.

I've been self medicating just to stay afloat. Talkspace is so expensive. Straight Green ain't what it used to be. I don't need all those extra chemicals that's in whatever these YNs blazing. They are JUNKIES. I'm just tryna reduce my stress level lol.
