We end off with another iconic scene, this is where you see Pyramid head in the game for the first time. He doesn't reach out for you like this, he just stands there. He's meant to be a mirror reflection of James here, very cool!

I feel like this shot is the elevator scene where Pyramid head stabs Maria. You can see a reflection in their eyes but its really hard to tell what it is. The blood splatter on James face makes me feel like this is that scene though. Eye close ups are pretty frequent

I'm going to assume this is the Flesh lips monster but with hands instead of feet. They hang from the ceiling & try to strangle James. This is a boss fight in the hospital level in both games. In the original you fight three of them while in the remake you only fight one big one

These are two more monsters from the game, the first being the nurses & the second being the mannequins. The mannequins are interesting to me cause we get to see their head fall off which feels like a reference to SH3, hehe.

Of course this is the iconic opening scene of James in the bathroom! ^u^ The game starts with James feeling like he's in a dream & he waves his hand in front of his face to make sure things are real. I'm sure the movie will start the same way.

This shot actually puts me in mind of the sleep walking scene in the first Silent Hill movie which is a neat little thing for the director to do again in my opinion.

This scene looks very similar to Angela's burning staircase scene, but it could also just be the hotel being on fire at some point. I'm leaning more towards it being related to Angela but we will see.

There's a scene of what seems to be Laura running down the hospital hallway. Laura runs away from James a lot so it could be lots of places but the hospital seems most likely.

We get this little scene next, I feel like this is the part before the prison where James gets locked in a room with a bunch of creeper bugs, it looks like he's looking around the room frantically here. (I would be too tbh)

The next scene is James crawling out of the lake onto the shore of Lakeview hotel. This is the final level of the game. In the games James sees this place as "not changing at all since he left" but the reality is that the hotel had caught on fire and burned down a long time ago

This shot is a really good one in my opinion, at the start of the original game there is a mini jump scare as you're running around town where a lying figure crawls out from under a van, I feel like this scene is referencing that. I always love scaring my friends with this one.

Now we get to see the first monster, it looks to be a lying figure which is the first monster you see in the game. These monster's spit acid & in the trailer it looks like their skin is being melted away by the same type of substance.

I'm not very sure which of the two places this is meant to be at the moment because in both of those scenes there was a chair in front of the tv, so maybe they are taking creative liberties. It feels like they are mixing the tv scene with the double Pyramid head scene in way.

Next we have the iconic tv scene. This could be either the scene in the apartments' or the scene in the hotel, both being very impactful. James discovers the truth of his actions by watching a video tape him & Mary forgot at the hotel.

This scene looks inspired by the labyrinths' corridor of mannequins from the remake. This never happens in the original game but on the game manual for the Xbox version of SH2 you can see this picture, which makes it pretty clear where the remake got it's inspiration as well.
