Called the clinic to report this lost kitty with a collar and tag. Talked to the owners. They essentially abandoned him and are “looking” for someone to take him in 😡. But he has FIP. Contemplating taking him to a no-kill shelter instead bc he can get the other neighborhood cats very, very sick 😢.
