As a wall paint color, it’s fine, whatever. Good for adding colorful accents. But their timing isn’t great in terms of social context. And it’s honestly just kinda boring… 🤷‍♀️

Everyone took a bite and it was real quiet until I asked “is it salty or just me?” Everyone still ate it cause it was good just too salty and they’ve never made the cake again.

One year for the holidays, my mom and her friend took a class at a local bakery. The bakery tried to give the ingredients scaled, but we didn’t find out until we tried the cake that they got everything right…but the salt.

I really identified with this as I wear glasses and when much younger was called four eyes. But you present it in a really interesting way that I personally enjoy 🤷‍♀️

My favorite forest and the first that came to mind is the Enchanted Forest in Talking to Dragons by Patricia C Wrede. It’s not the first time she writes about the forest, but it’s my favorite version!
