Today Republican Senator Jon Husted claimed small businesses are being hurt by the Government shut down. There may be some shutdown effects on small businesses, but the thing that is really hurting small businesses is the tRump tariffs. Husted also thinks 49.8% is a majority. Spoiler alert-it's not.

Why does tRump keep repeating these easily debunked lies? Why does he never get push back from MSM? tRump doesn't have a mandate. He didn't receive a majority of the total votes, (majority by definition is greater than 50%). Even George H. W. 'Read My Lips' Bush received 426 electoral votes.

The last time the insurrection act was used by any President was during the LA Riots in 1992 after the cops who beat Rodney King were acquitted. This is what LA looked like then vs what it looked like during the 'No Kings' protest on October 18, 2025. These things are not equivalent.
