the perfect fall day in baltimore does exist and i just lived it. that’s not to say i wasn’t bummed out when i realized during bath time tonight that my toddler definitely has hand food and mouth again 😭

i’ve felt absolutely crazy this week. like every interpersonal interaction and relationship has felt in shambles.

my kid went trick or treating with one of her school friends tonight and i fully felt that the experience healed something in me which is just a nice parallel process that happens while parenting

leaving the bayou tomorrow after a whirlwind family visit. best part was capturing a photo at lunch today that included a heron, alligator, egret, and eagle in a tree in the distance. wild!
