Ran Elves to the top of our "Off the Top Rope" modified Premodern event! Any card which involved touching a deck (drawing, searching, milling, shuffling) was disallowed. No IDs. Rounds moved quickly without all that pesky shuffling. Great event with 100% of entry to charity🏆

If given the chance to try the format again, I'd like to try something other than "jam four banned cards into an existing archetype" and explore something that can't exist in Premodern. Super fun event!
