The music hall is separate project. Lloyd project hasn’t started not one bit. Look at the Broadway corridor project, nothing.

I wish them all the success in the world. Time will tell if any of these renderings become reality by the end of the decade. There were big plans for the Lloyd District & the Broadway Corridor as well, & those have failed to come a decade after properties were purchased & renderings were released.
