A nuisance who was exiled from his city. He wields the Icedagger, but only uses it to cause a ruckus in the city, like beating up the homeless. He claims that the voices tell him to, but in reality, he's deaf to the voices. Due to overuse of the Icedagger, his hands and parts of his jacket froze.
