It's insanity. I have all my 20 years of FB history downloaded, ready to leave Meta tomorrow. Glad to have Bluesky, and I'm getting to know Rednote 🙃

I love that--and that's how I feel about this book too. Problematic, sure. But it broke some ground in me, and damn if it didn't stick with me.

I finally resolved to leave Meta completely. I joined FB in 2004 when you still needed a student email to do it, and despite what it's become, this is an emotional decision after 20+ years. Going to leave the day they ban TikTok.
