3x200mg. It's mild, but taking it regularly at morning/noon/evening schedule has been really effective for me. My anxiety base level is far lower with this routine. It worked better than hydroxyzine did as well.
I had a few side effects on Lexapro myself so gaba has definitely been good.

I'm the same way. When the gabapentin just isn't cutting it, a tab of clonazapam just hits wonderfully.
