"Swedish authorities have ordered the Bulgarian ship Vezhen to be detained in the Baltic Sea. The ship was suspected of damaging a submarine cable between Latvia and the island of Gotland. The country's prosecutor's office said it had opened a preliminary investigation on suspicion of sabotage."
