its pretty easy to clean decimated mesh. you need to merge verts with low value, then smooth edges. problems will be in places where edges stays hard so you can use selection constraint on edges like this. now just fix it… and then you need to check and fix shading problems caused by long triangles

First test bake for this lil boy. Going with 70k tris for this 1m wall peace. Cleaning decimated geo and uv are not really funny though
