Wie wäre es die Gehälter zu erhöhen? Wer zu wenig bezahlt bekommt keinen Arbeitnehmer. So einfach ist es manchmal. Für Mindestlohn und scheiss Arbeitszeiten hat keiner Bock zu arbeiten wenn er bessere Jobs als Alternative hat.

Also, change the chart from lin to log and you’ll see the 15 year trend. Linear charts are misleading by over presenting earlier moves.

$2tr market cap and people cope hard. Can’t be what you don’t want to believe. Open your eyes to reality. No reason not to put some in your portfolios.

Immigration is the scapegoat of our times. The real reason for poor living conditions are unrecognised. Wealth inequality, stagnating productivity, lower real wages. As a consequence we have poor infrastructure, poorly health service and high housing and living costs.

Sounds a tad Luddite. There’s a place for AI tools. Finding blindspots, help you getting unstuck, finding new ideas and help with rephrasing. If you use AI as a copilot it might help you not to crash and get you safely home. Be open and use it appropriately.
