I am on hiatus from my long high tech career and fulfilling the role of Domestic Goddess for the Vermont branch of the Barolak family. I adore living in the Upper Valley. I also love Siberian huskies and have 3 and do what I can to rescue more.
I got a package from Thermo Fisher Scientific. I was confused because I only remember buying back to school things for elementary aged kids. It turns out that Nalgene bottles ship from Thermo Fisher and for unknown reasons this amuses me a lot.

Finding the right person to join your family takes a lot of time and work. I tried to be with the kids on my own, but it is challenging with Mark away during the week. I hate giving money to Au Pair agencies and worry about the safety for foreigners in the USA, but it is time to find help.
