See, it works! I subscribe to a few edtech/AI teachers and academics on LinkedIn and Substack. The email digests are a good preview and help me decide if I want to read the whole article.

I'd agree that Substack is a good place. A lot of teachers are posting in LinkedIn also.

2/2 The problem I found with using a Canva website is that my current layout didn't work when it adapted it to mobile. Everything gets squished into a single vertical column. For blogging it's not great, as it's single page websites only. Fab for micro sites though.

I set up a custom domain for my school with Canva. I use it to write our newsletter which I host on Issuu. The newsletter is half-termly and runs around 40 pages long, so more like a small magazine. 1/2

I moved to teaching Computing in a Prep school. I don't set homework or exams. Not quite living the dream, but close.

2/2 Once the students have done their research, we can see how well they've grasped a concept by doing an inquiry in Curipod. Instant feedback turns into rapid fire viva voce - do they agree or disagree with the results. I get to spot misconceptions quickly.

That's what I found. It makes it possible to advance in a topic at greater speed, with better understanding. Try combining it with Magic School AI - they hehe a suite of heavily rail guarded AI tools for students to use. You can see their chats/prompts. 1/2

Thanks Karly. I used Flipgrid to gather class thoughts, then I'd export transcripts and run them through Copilot Pro, so I and my students could see where there were mental blocks, new ideas, or unexpected avenues we could explore. It's been such a pain losing that. Mirror Talk & Gravity look fab!

#Curipod is amazing for rapid feedback using #AI - it's one of the few genuinely transformative uses of the technology in the classroom.

Did the 15.1 update fix the issues? I haven’t upgraded still, as my Mac needs to be operational (including Teams!).

I can see that I can pin feeds, but is there somewhere I can save and use hashtags to save time? I’m sure I saw something when I joined yesterday about creating a tweetdeck type set of columns, but for the life of me I can’t remember where!
