My mum is in a retirement living complex of 140 independent flats in a communual building.They pay amenity charge for gas/elec/water instead of what they individually use. Just been told it’s going up from £35/week to £67/a WEEK from 7 April!! It’s a 1 bed flat, surely this is extortionate!
