Oregon benefits on EBT cards will be fully funded.

November SNAP benefits have been loaded onto EBT cards. The federal government remains shut down, but ODHS was able to issue full November SNAP benefits. People in Oregon who receive SNAP will see 100% of their November benefit amount beginning on November 7, 2025.

Well it looks like he is here to stay. He showed up several months ago. Couldn't find he belong to anyone so started feeding. He still won't let me touch, but he is getting closer and more comfy. I was not very creative. I named him Guy. I kept saying hi guy and he responded lol... #Caturday #Cats
