He was a jerk on Worst Cooks. Some of that was putting on for the camera but there was an aftertaste to some of the sarcasm that felt out of place.

We watched a couple seasons of him on "Worst Cooks in America". He wasn't very nice to the contestants so that feels on brand.

It's a particular kind of condescending. He had a house in Provincetown, MA (gay mecca). I lived there for a while & saw this exact kinda gay guy, usually tourists. They're uppity know it alls who try to bullshit their way thru life & treat everyone not them like shit, esp. if you're female.
