Today, we welcome the government's announcement that they have launched a review of the stalking legislation. The review will be led by Richard Wright KC, who has extensive experience working on stalking cases, including prosecuting Alice Ruggles' murderer. www.gov.uk/government/n...

Among its key recommendations was a call to investigate the effectiveness of existing stalking legislation.
