Okay UPS…our Sake travels from the Japanese Brewery to Tokyo, where it’s loaded on a ship. Unbroken. The ship sails to the US. Unbroken.Said Sake is shipped to our warehouse. Unbroken.That Sake is then shipped via UPS to an LA customer. Broken. Why do you choose 2B the weak link in this chain?

While Yuko-san and our friend Meg-san from Sake Trend were slinging sake at the San Jose Japantown Sake/Spirits walk on Saturday, Rich was slinging some amaze-balls, award-winning Japanese sake from Asama Shuzo, Sasanokawa Shuzo & Daitengu Shuzo at Bacchus Wine & Spirits in Millbrae!

While Yuko-san and our friend Meg-san from Sake Trend were slinging sake at the San Jose Japantown Sake/Spirits walk on Saturday, Rich was slinging some amaze-balls, award-winning Japanese sake from Asama Shuzo, Sasanokawa Shuzo & Daitengu Shuzo at Bacchus Wine & Spirits in Millbrae!

Happy to see Fukushima’s own Daitengu “Red Tengu” & “Crow Tengu” behind the bar at Toro Sushi in Carmel-by-the-Sea (torosushicarmel.com). Today, I delivered Prince Nagaya Sake from Nakamoto Shuzo in Nara. Really looking forward to working with this great restaurant and its people!
